Swimmer Drop Off

• Parents will pull into the lot to drop off swimmers and tents/chairs.
• There will be parking attendants directing traffic.

Parking

• All spectators and coaches will park in the neighborhood. Please do not park in front of the mailbox across the street from the pool nor in front of anyone’s driveway and please do not park on the corners as it prevents residents from entering or exiting their homes.
• Officials will be able to park on the property

Team / Spectator Seating

• All teams will have a designated spot to set-up “camp” in the field behind our pool. PLEASE tell your families to bring tents and chairs to set-up in the field. We do not have additional tents so it will be important that each team has a few tents for their families.
• We are asking that all spectators enter and exit the deck from our front entrance. Swimmers and coaches ONLY will enter and exit the pool through the gate closest to the field so they have easy access to the deck. Families will not be able to set-up chairs on the deck. We will have 2 rows of chairs available on the pool deck. Please keep these seats available for handicap and senior spectators.

Snack Shack

• We will be running a full Snack Shack. Like at many of the Time Trials, we will be selling tickets, 1 ticket= $1. Your families will have the option to purchase tickets with cash or credit.

• $3 General Admission (includes program)
• $1 Children under 6 - 10
• Free Children under 6
• $2 Individual program

Coaches / Officials

• Coaches, pease plan to bring your own chair
• Coaches packet will include 3 heat sheets, 3 Snack Shack meal tickets and 1 warm-up schedule. Trash bags will be placed in the field, tied to your team’s sign post.
• Officials, your meals will be set-up in the baby pool area.
