Please find the attached Spirit Wear Form! We have worked hard to get the best prices so that we could pass them along to you! 

Please note that we have a deadline of Sunday June 25th! We will not be able to take any late orders. 

To make this easier to meet we are accepting checks and credit cards (scan the QR code to pay via card). The form can be emailed or handed to us (we will have a big envelope on Saturday at the meet & at practice on Monday). If you use the QR Code, please Take a screen shot & send with your order - this will help us process orders quickly.
