Spirit wear orders need to be in by tonight.  I know it is a tight turnaround and we want to make sure you have a chance to get your order in.

The order form is attached.  You can order a few ways. 

• Print form, fill out & pay by check, just bring your check to practice tomorrow morning. If you are paying by check, please send a picture of your completed form to us by tonight. 
• Print form, fill out, take a photo, use QR code to pay, then send copies of completed form & receipt to us via email.
• Fill out form via markup tool, pay via QR & email receipt and form to us.
