Hi families,

North Star is happy to be hosting the 11/12 time trial tomorrow, Monday, 7/17. The pool is located @ 100 Saturn Drive, Newark 19711. Below is the information their rep sent us.

The first warmups will be at 4:15, our team’s warmup are scheduled for the last group at 4:45pm and the meet will begin at 5:30pm.

If you have not been to North Star it is at the END of a dead end street so parking is always interesting so kindly remind your families to allow plenty of time. Please ask families to park on the outgoing side of Saturn Drive ONLY so traffic can still flow.

All teams will be in the back field to allow plenty of room to spread out. Please have families bring chairs and tents. Peter will bring one tent for our team along with a cooler of water and Gatorade.

The majority of deck space on the visitors side will be for spectators to observe races and travel between the front pool area near the entrance/bathroom, snack shack and the field. 

-Also, in the event of foul weather, we may need to clear the deck and grounds. You may need to wait in your cars, if this happens the coaches and I will be communicating with you through Swimtopia Alerts.

-Snack shack will be fully stocked. We accept cash, VENMO and card payments.

-We will have floating helpers selling "SHOUT OUTS" during the meet if families want to send a special good luck to their swimmer(s) or thank their coaches.

-Remind families to bring CASH to enter the meet.

SSL Admission Fees are set as follows:

General Admission (11 & older) = $3.00 with a program or $2.00 without a program

Ages 6-10 (without a program) = $1.00

Under 6 = Free

Program Only = $2.00

All Lane Timers: FREE

Attached is a map of the pool layout. SSL t-shirts will be available for purchase, $25.
