Hi Families,

Nottingham Swim Club looks forward to hosting the 10 & under time trials on Tuesday, 7/16. Our pool is located at 200 Radcliffe Drive, Newark, DE 19711.

Below are details for the event:

Parking & Entry

o  Parking in the lot is reserved for officials and handicap parking only. We ask that the lot is entered from Lafayette Rd.  See attached pool parking map.

o  Officials will enter the pool from the parking lot, through the pool’s breezeway.

o  Families can park on the roads in the neighborhood & will enter the pool through the back fence.

o  There will be a drop off area for swimmers on Fiske Lane, near the back fence of the pool, where swimmers and families will enter.

Admissions

o  Teams need to bring their own tents and chairs. See attached site map for our tent area.  We will bring one tent for our team.

o  In the event of bad weather, we may need to clear the deck and grounds and have attendees wait in their cars. If this happens, please leave the tents in place for when the meet resumes, or they can be collected later in the event that the meet is postponed. We will be communicating with you through Swimtopia Alerts if there are delays.

o  Lane Timers should check in at the admissions table and do not need to pay an entry fee.

o  Fees

• General Admission (11 & older): $3, with program, $2 without program
• Ages 6 - 10 (without a program): $1
• Under 6: Free
• Program Only: $2
• Payment may be made by Cash or Venmo

Concessions

o  Concessions will be sold using a ticket system

o  Concessions tickets can be purchased with Cash or Venmo

o  There will be a wide variety of dinner options and you can cool off with water ice from Dewey Beach’s Planet Ice

o  Additionally, raffle tickets will be sold for 50/50 and for themed gift baskets. "SHOUT OUTS" from the announcer will also be available for purchase.

On-site Fundraising

o  We will be selling 50/50 tickets throughout the first half of time trials

o  Additionally, we will have several fantastic baskets we will be raffling off - basket themes are:

• Summer Beach Fun
• Coffee-Tea/Garden
• Relaxation Spa
• Drinks & Dining
• Sports & Swimming

Additional Items:

o  All timers should attend the timers meeting, even if they are timing the second half, and timers need to have a watch.

o  Spectators may watch races from the shallow end of the pool and the side closest to the baby pool.
